![]() So basically, you right click on a programs icon or setup file (.exe file) and then you have raised the privelages. Sometimes you might try to install a program or something and get a strange error or no response even. If ever you encounter a problem that mentions "elevated privelages required" this also requires the "Run as Administrator" to be used. To do this, go to start/All Programs/ locate command prompt and right click on it, choose "Run as Administrator", then do the command line as outlined above. You have to run the "Command Prompt " as administrator ![]() The command thing doesnt work for me either
